- Create contact list.
- Immediate collection of all relevant transaction documents and floor/space plans.
- Integrate all factual data into corporate database or a temporary database.
- Develop spreadsheets of portfolio information so as to reconcile with accounting and finance.
- Merge headcount into spreadsheets to create metrics on use and cost per person.
- Analyze restoration costs for consistency with FASB reporting standards.
- Notify landlords of acquisition and verify all existing lease information with landlords.
- Site visit to develop inventory list, property management issues, and other CRE requirements.
- Develop market reports and site analysis for CRE.
- Assist in development of restack planning.
- Complete tenant representation transactions as necessary.
